Located within Pineta di Clusone, Mani del Bosco explores wellness as a collective experience rooted in nature, craftsmanship and the act of making. The project responds to the wider challenges of Valle Seriana by reactivating Clusone’s artisanal identity and transforming the forest into a place where work, learning, sharing and rest coexist.

Rather than treating wellness as an isolated retreat, the proposal introduces a slower way of inhabiting the landscape through hands-on, intergenerational experiences. Workshops, learning spaces, communal areas, wellness facilities and temporary accommodation are distributed throughout the forest, creating a continuous relationship between architecture and nature.

At its core, the project establishes a circular system of making and wellbeing, where local materials, traditional knowledge and contemporary architecture come together to strengthen community, reconnect people with the landscape, and preserve the cultural identity of Clusone.
